Data controller

ESKAYEM Geri Dönüşüm Gıda Tarım Ürünleri Taşımacılık İthalat İhracat San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Eska Yem"), located at OSB 23. Cadde No:5, Odunpazarı / Eskişehir, Türkiye, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Data we process and how it is collected

When you fill in the quote, supply or contact forms we collect the name, company, phone, e-mail, city and message content you provide. When you visit the site, and only with your consent, cookies collect visit and usage information (IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed). Data is collected electronically by automatic or partly automatic means.

Purposes and legal grounds

• Answering your quote, supply and contact requests and conducting pre-contractual discussions (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• Assessing job applications (KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f, legitimate interest).
• Handling complaints and suggestions through our ethics line (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
• Measuring and improving site usage, with your consent (KVKK art. 5/1, explicit consent).
• Meeting legal obligations and exercising rights (KVKK art. 5/2-ç, 5/2-e).

Transfers

Form data reaches the relevant teams through our e-mail infrastructure (Google Workspace) and form delivery service (Resend). The site is hosted on Cloudflare. With your consent, visit statistics are processed by Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity). These providers may keep servers outside Türkiye; transfers are made under KVKK art. 9 on the basis of your explicit consent or the safeguards set by the Personal Data Protection Board. Where legally required, data may be shared with competent public authorities.

Retention

Form data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and the statutory limitation periods; job applications for at most one year; analytics data according to the provider's retention settings (14 months for Google Analytics).

Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to request that these be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you produced by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
